Moin Raza Khan has over 40 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and production, notably serving as Managing Director and CEO of Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) from 2019 to 2022. He significantly contributed to the industry, adding 6.1 trillion cubic feet of gas through over 30 discoveries and generating over $12 billion in revenue. Khan played a crucial role in reviving the Reko Diq Project, avoiding an $11 billion penalty for Pakistan, and securing the Abu Dhabi Offshore Block 5. With a Master’s in Petroleum Geosciences and extensive international experience, he now leads his consultancy, offering strategic insights and operational excellence to global companies.
